Job Description :


Responsible for the direct, hands-on production of proposals and presentation materials.

The marketing and Proposal Specialist works closely with the Vice President, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Operations, and other executives/associates of the Estimates and Marketing Team, on assigned pursuits, and is responsible for the development, growth, execution, and representation of the clients brand. The role is specialized for individuals with a high attention to detail, outstanding writing and editing abilities, outstanding time management skills, and expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.


Requirements :

-Bachelor's degree holder

-Experience 1:3 years of the field

-Excellent command of English in writing and reading

· Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers

· Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily

· Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

· Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts

· Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally

· Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory

· Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs

· Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand


Requirements :

· A bachelor's degree

· Proven experience as a sales representative in the industry preferred

· Very good verbal and written communication skills

· Strong customer service and rapport

· Great persuasive and negotiation skills

· Good interpersonal and presentation skills

· Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software

· At least 2:3 years experience in digital marketing, (Social Media Planning - Sponsored Ads - Content Creation in both Arabic/English) Proven working experience in the social media marketing .

Creative and flexible.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diverse audience.

Very Good experience in creating social media ads .

Have a good experience in social media analysis.

5 days working per week, flexible hours depending on client requests.

Create page strategy, posting, boosting, handling community requests ( moderation).

Able to handle multiple accounts.

Sun-Thu from 09:00 to 05:00 (30 Mins flexible).

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

Define the most important social media KPIs

Assist all company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms).

Execute Ads and measure the success of every social media campaign

Ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.

Posting updates to all social media platforms.

Maintain a monthly social media and blogging calendar

Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

Communicate with customers and Establish a strong relationship of trust by professionally answering customer inquiries and settling disputes through various channels Summarize insights and conversations

Monitoring the company's social media accounts and Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

Manage the content of the company's website and all company's social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., In English and Arabic.


Requirements :

Worked in Advertising Agency.

Use SEO Technique in writing when needed

Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

GUC ,AUC , CIC , BUE Graduates .

Experience 1:3 Years writing copies and content.
